Strawberries & Cream Ice Lollies

Recipe created by Laura Davies A summer classic, but not as you know it! This ice lolly recipe is super easy to make, plant-based and packs in all those traditional strawberry & cream flavours, whilst benefitting from a protein kick. Method Add all the ingredients (except the protein powder) to a bowl and blend until smooth. Add to this 30g of the Wild Strawberry Clean Lean Protein Powder and blend again until smooth. Carefully pour into the lolly moulds and lightly tap on a firm surface to release any air bubbles. Place in the freezer ideally overnight and enjoy!
Serves: 6 / Prep time: 3 hours or overnight
Ingredients:
200g strawberries, washed and hulled
400g coconut yoghurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp maple syrup
30g Wild Strawberry Clean Lean Protein
Method:
- Add all the ingredients (except the protein powder) to a bowl and blend until smooth.
