Gut Reset Muffins

These grain-free, lower-carb muffins help support digestion, steady energy, and daily protein intake without relying on sugary breakfasts.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup apple puree or banana puree
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup syrup of choice
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ½ cup Nuzest Vibrant Insides
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • ⅓ cup chopped figs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners. 
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the wet ingredients until smooth. 
  3. Add the almond flour, Vibrant Insides, and baking powder. Stir until fully combined. 
  4. Fold in the chopped walnuts and figs. 
  5. Divide the batter evenly between the muffin liners, filling each about three-quarters full. 
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. 
  7. Allow muffins to cool completely before serving or storing.
