1-Minute Protein Mug Cake
This protein mug cake is a simple, food-first way to satisfy sweet cravings without the blood sugar spikes.
Serves: 1 / Prep time: 3 mins
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Nuzest Vibrant Insides
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1-2 tsps sweetener (monk fruit sugar)
- 1 large egg
- 1–2 tbsps milk of choice
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
Method:
- Mix protein powder, baking powder, cocoa powder, and sweetener in a microwave-safe mug.
- Stir in the egg until smooth, then add a little milk to thin the batter if needed. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Microwave for 30–40 seconds, adding 5 seconds at a time until fluffy.
- Let cool slightly, then enjoy.
